JULY 2009 UCWDC QUALIFIER
Some of the younger dancers travelled to Paris with their families and Anne for a great French event.
Thanks to Brigitte, bruno, Audrey and Jeremie for taking care of us. This is now the fourth year the dancers have attended
the magnificent and best European event.

SICILIAN WESTERN DANCE CLASSIC ITALY MARCH 2009
UCWDC QUALIFIER
3 dancers, their parents and Anne travelled to the first UCWDC italian event in March 2009. The italian
people, and event director Nick and Francesca were all so friendly and chauffered us around all weekend!! As the competition
was all in one day we had the opportunity to tour sicila.The weather was beautiful and the scenery was breathtaking and well
worth the visit!

ANNE WINS FAVOURITE TEAM CHOREOGRAPHER 2008
Anne has won a UCWDC worlds 2008 star award for best team choreographer in Nashville, Tennessee!!
The awards were held in the Grand Ole Opry in front of a packed audience of the most talented superstars, instructors, choreographers
and dancers in the world. Anne however, was not there to pick up her award, however, Mr Clive Stevens picked up her award
on her behalf.
This is a very prestigious award to win...Anne is now the best team choreographer in the World of
Line Dance for 2008.
Anne is one of the 2 Europeans who won an award. Emily Drinkall , owner of Inspire Dance
school in England won favourine line dance personality!
Anne has choreographed many teams throughout the years, however in Jan 2007, she choreographed a
large troupe which won the World Championships in Nashville, Tennessee.
Anne has also choreographed showtime, cabaret, duos and team dances to win many European events including
the European Championships which were held in Dublin October 2007
Many thanks to everyone who voted for Anne. Without you she would not have won. Anne won 43% of the
vote! Anne would especially like to thank her students, parents and friends for all their support.
